Good evening, thank you for reading my daily blog. Today I had the opportunity to experience Watsu. What is Whatsu, you ask? I had to look it up, it is passive hydrotherapy and it has massive benefits for arthritis, among other ailments. I went to Bainbridge Island to experience this today. I climbed into an above ground pool full of warm salt water. It was just as good as dipping into the Mediterranean, the only thing missing was were the gorgeous fish swimming underneath you. Watsu massage is relaxing and relieves tension, it reduces pain, helps sleeping soundly, and improves digestion. Anyone over 50 needs this, it doesn’t come cheap, so it’s not something that can be done daily. An hour session cost anywhere from $60 to $125; if you can’t find one and live near me, I can recommend a place. Just send me a message and I will give you their number. I was a bet surprised, make sure you have earplugs if water bothers your ears, I was immersed in the salt water, my head and neck was supported, then I was moved through the water at slow angles. I had my neck messaged, arms, legs, it’s almost like a dance. I will definitely go back and do this again, I feel wonderful tonight. Everyone have a wonderful evening, I will be back tomorrow. Thank you for listening to by blog. Michele
